  • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute any product without prior notice.
  • “Anti-tarnish” refers to our proprietary coating and care process. Results depend on proper care and usage; prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, or harsh conditions may affect the finish.
  • Our jewellery is fashion/artificial jewellery and is not made of precious metals or gemstones unless explicitly stated.
Care Tip: To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, store pieces in a cool, dry place and avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or water.

03. Orders & Payments

Placing an order with The 9th Jewels is easy and secure. Please review the following terms before checkout:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing the order. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available payment gateways.
  • In case of a payment failure, do not retry immediately—contact us first to confirm transaction status and avoid duplicate charges.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number upon successful payment.
  • We are not liable for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs applicable on your end.

04. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days. Express delivery options (where available) will be indicated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  • The 9th Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or government restrictions.
  • Ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • In case of a failed delivery, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

05. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love every piece you receive from us. However, in the rare case something isn’t right, please read our policy carefully:

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal preference.
  • Timeframe: All return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof sent to our contact email or WhatsApp.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Process: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the shipping process. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued to the original payment source (UPI, bank account, or card). Store credits may be offered as an alternative at our discretion.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customised, personalised, or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Please note: Minor colour variation from product photographs due to screen settings does not qualify as a defect and is not eligible for return.

06. Intellectual Property

  • All content on The 9th Jewels website and social media channels including but not limited to brand name, logo, product photographs, reel scripts, captions, design elements, and written content is the exclusive intellectual property of The 9th Jewels.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • You may share our content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper credit to @the9thjewels.
  • Any use of our brand name, logo, or visual identity without written permission constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
  • User-generated content (reviews, photos, testimonials) submitted to us may be used for promotional purposes. By submitting, you grant us a royalty-free license to use such content.
